Nghia Nguyen2024-09-08Masters Roofing reached out to me earlier this year about getting my roof replaced due to the hail storm that took placed in April 2024. I agreed since they would handle the insurance process. I am very happy that I made the decision to go with them. They got my insurance company to approve the roof and gutter replacement and I only had to pay my deductible. They did a great job with the roof replacement. They installed the new roof, added ridge vent, and replaced all the metal parts on the roof. They handled getting the 3rd party to do the gutter replacement. The quality of work and the communication process was outstanding. Jesse and Drew from Masters Roofing were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them to others.

Several crews skilled with roofing, flashing, carpentry and painting arrived and completed all the work in two days. They crews took the time to replace more water damaged wood than was quoted to ensure the job was completed the right way. I'll definitely call Ed next time I need any home repair.
